Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your billing settings. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately and you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What counts as an organisation?

An organisation is a single client entity you are analysing. Each organisation has its own questionnaire responses, framework outputs, financial data, and reports. Data is fully isolated between organisations. Your plan determines how many active organisations you can manage simultaneously.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you can choose a plan that fits your needs or your account will be paused until you subscribe.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. You will receive an invoice by email each month. You can manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods through the billing portal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export.

Do you offer annual billing or enterprise pricing?
